TXTDOMAIN is a breakthrough marketing tool that enables you to harness the power of Mobile Technology. By acquiring your exclusive TXTDOMAIN you will now be accessible via easy to remember keywords sent to a 4 digit mobile access number. Through TXTDOMAIN, you can easily acquire you TXT-ID, create your content via web, and make it available to your customers to download through SMS.

2. Who can have a Txtdomain account?
Anyone who has an existing and active email account and mobile number.

3. What can I get from Txtdomain?

1. Creating your Txtdomain
Having your own domain has never been this easy!

1.1 Register

a. Go to txtdomain.com
b. Click the Register Your Domain Link
c. Fill-up the registration form

1.2. Create your Txt-IDs

Login to your TXTDomain to be able to create Txt-IDs

a. Create a New ID and fill up the extension and description (e.g. Info, Announce, Help)
b. After creating the ID, add a content where you can put in your thoughts and ideas through your T-Box.

1.3 Activate your Domain

We will send a Mobile Marketing Agent (MMA) to assist you with the activation of your domain. Our MMA will also gladly answer your concerns and will give a demo on how to maximize your TXTDomain.

1.4 Activate your Txt-ID

Txt-ID activation enables your keywords to be available for downloading.

Txt <T-box keyword> and send to 2948 for Globe/Sun, 3940 for Smart.

For example: Type   and   for Globe/Sun or                                                     for Smart

You will receive a confirmation message shortly after.

Take note:
i. Failure to activate your T-box keyword means forfeiture. It’s important to activate  WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER REGISTRATION.
ii. The mobile number you registered on the website should be the SAME NUMBER USED for ACTIVATING your KEYWORD.

2. Uploading contents
a. Click on the Create Txt-ID button
b. Fill up the DESCRIPTION and T-BOX name
c. Click on the Add Content button
d. Click on the created T-Box in the tabular list
e. The details of the T-Box will be shown as well as the content to be uploaded. Click the Add Content button
f. Fill up the Content name and write the text message you want to share and express.
g. Click on the create button.

3. Viewing and/or downloading my contents
Just text the keyword and send to 2948 for Globe/Sun or 3940 for Smart.

Sample keyword: MEGAMOBILE
Example: key in MEGAMOBILE and send to 2948 for Globe/Sun or 3940 for Smart

4. Sending feedback
You may receive feedback or messages (comments, suggestions or just plain messages) from any user who would text to your Txt ID. They just need to key-in PM <your Txt ID> <their message> and send to 2948 for Globe/Sun or 3940 for Smart.

    a. Receive message in Inbox    
The message will be viewed in the account inbox under the Messages tab. You will be granted a free reply message to the sender of the message. This can be done either though the Txtdomain inbox or through a third party RSS client.  

      b. Receive message in Email
You may also automatically have your inbox message/s sent to your email; just enable the feature by doing the following:
    i. Login to your account in www.txtdomain.com
    ii. On the right panel (options), click user profile
    iii. Your own profile list will be displayed. On the Messaging Settings category, choose “Yes” from the drop down menu of the Forward Message to email

Txtdomain allows users to receive private sms messages sent by texting PM <Txt ID> <message>. To ensure that copies of the messages are retained, we recommend setting "Yes" to this feature.
5. Replying to feedback
You may reply to the message sent to you for FREE via Txtdomain or RSS Client. After replying, the message will be deleted from the inbox  to remove the item from the message list, since the message has been read and replied to already.

    a. Via Txtdomain
To reply to a message via Txtdomain inbox, just fill up the box below the message allotted for the response. The reply message will be sent to sender of the feedback.

    b. Via RSS client
You may also choose to read/reply from an RSS client. This can be done by following the steps below:
    i. Install an RSS client – you may choose to download from the list below or somewhere else:

    Note: This step can be omitted if you already have an installed RSS client in your computer.
    ii. Upon successful installation, login to your TxtDomain account and go to the inbox panel under Messages Tab.
    iii. Click on the RSS button 
    iv. A browser will open, copy the URL or the web address
    v. In the RSS client, click on the RSS button, paste the URL and you may now be able to check out the message from there.
    c. Via mobile
You may reply via mobile in the same manner as sending feedback to a Txtdomain member. Just key-in PM <your Txt ID> <their message> and send to 2948 for Globe/Sun or 3940 for Smart.

1. T-box

a. What is a T-box?

The TXT-Box or T-box is the page where you could place your contents. This is the avenue to express yourself. Using these t-boxes, you could place announcements, messges. Naming the t-boxes will also be left to your discretion.

b. How many t-boxes can I keep under my account?
You can upload as many t-boxes as you want. But the system limits the sending of just one text message. So if you upload more than one t-box under your Txt-ID, the system will just pick one from your list and send it to the one who requested it.

2. Gallery

a. What is a gallery?
A gallery is a collection or assortment of contents.

b. What will I see in the gallery?
The gallery contains a list which can be sorted by domain name, t-box name or date modified.  

3. Top Contents

a. What will I see in the Top Contents?
The Top Contents page contains the “Featured Domains” and “Hit Makers”

b. What’s the difference between “Featured Domains” and “Hit Makers”?
The “Featured Domains” is a selection of companies and/or organizations whose domains are for general public’s information.
The “Hit Makers” is a list of domains with the most number of downloads.

c. How can I be included in “Hit Makers”?
You can invite your friends to download your T-boxes so that the number of hits you get will further increase. The top five domains which yield the highest will be included in the hit makers. So tell your friends to download your contents now!

d. How can I be included in the “Featured Domains”?
This is only available for the TxtDomain (premium) users. Send your request to be included in the featured domain to info@mymegamobile.com. State your reasons why you should be in the featured domains. Also indicate there the company info and additional write-up for the profile.

e. How can I maintain my position in the Top Contents?
For the featured domains, this is updated periodically. TxtDomain users may send in their request to be featured in this segment to info@mymegamobile.com. Changes in the segment are under the prerogative of the system administrator.

For Hit Makers, the counts of the number of hits are updated dynamically. This means that to retain the position, the number of downloads should be consistently high. Invite friends to download your contents to be a hit maker!

1. How many Txt-IDs can I have?
Initially, you are granted with 3-5 Txt-IDs per domain name. You will have an opportunity to upgrade and increase your number of Txt-IDs at a later date. You may create a Txt-ID for your new product, price list, contact info and many more.

* Take note that Txt-IDs which will not generate any hits for at least a month will be released from your ownership. Make sure that you invite clients to download using your Txt-IDs to retain your text-IDs.

2. Can I still change my domain name?
No. Domain name is the identifier of your individuality. The Txt-ID extensions however can be edited.

3. If I change my number, will the domain still be mine?
Of course. Simply login, edit your profile and re-activate  your new number.

4. Will I be able to view who accessed my domain and/or t-boxes?
No. We have strict privacy control for use of this service.

1. What is a keyword?

2. What is a content?
Anything that you want to share. Announcements, messages, blogs.

3. What are the different kinds of contents?
Text Message (SMS), Operator Logo, Textcards (Picture Messages), MMS (including polytones, truetones, wallpapers, and java/apps and games).

You may also use special kinds of contents that allow forwarding of user texts to your mobile number, email address, or URL.
